Ghia Haddad

Ghia Haddad is an Emirati artist of Palestinian-Lebanese origin. After working for several years as a graphic designer in the corporate world, she became more interested in using her skills in the not-for-profit sector; using art to build community, raise awareness and spark positive change. Merging music, creative writing, popular crafts and visual arts, Ghia began to conceptualize community projects to promote creative art as a vehicle for change. Ghia continues to work on individual art pieces and explore new mediums as way to create socially responsible art and provoke important dialogue using art as a platform.
